Dr. Kristen went above and beyond in assisting me during Gramps’ final days. It was extremely difficult for me to find someone who could travel to me, as I’m fairly far from Columbus, but that did not stop Dr. Kristen from offering her services, taking so much additional stress off my back during such a difficult time. Dr. Kristen left a few hours ago with my beloved miniature dachshund after the most peaceful, painless passing possible. Miss C would have been 15 in 3 months; had developed IVDD; and was in significant pain. MRI and Neurosurgery would have been in the $15,000-20,000 range and was not advised for a dog her age anyway. We had a suboptimal experience when euthanizing my 20 year old Siamese at a local veterinary clinic and I had heard about the mobile vet clinics that would come to the home. Despite being out of her normal service area, Dr. Kristen was kind enough to book an appointment. We had a few days of quality time for extra pets, lap time, and extra treats together before the scheduled day. Dr. Kristin was amazing. My fur baby laid on my lap the entire time and was not in the least bit distressed for the initial shot; went to sleep slowly and peacefully; and Dr. Kristen waited 10 minutes to be sure that my pup would not feel the catheter being inserted. She then waited until I was ready to give her the final drug. Dr. Kristin never rushed me and constantly asked if I needed more time. It’s never easy to lose a much loved pet. They are family. Dr. Kristin made the entire experience as easy as possible for both of us and allowed me to focus on loving and grieving the loss of a pet who has been a constant, loving companion throughout her life. There are no words for the blessing of having someone caring and experienced like Dr. Kristin to help a pet pass into the next life in your home and in your arms. She has my highest recommendation.

Dr. Kristen was incredibly kind and compassionate during the passing of my sweet Barley boy. He was my whole world, and she treated him with such tenderness. She explained everything so calmly and ensured he had the most peaceful passing, cuddled in his bed in front of the fireplace, surrounded by his family. I hope many other families have the opportunity to experience Dr. Kristen’s wonderful care. She has an extraordinary gift, and she has provided me with so much comfort and peace when I reflect on my final moments with Barley.

Dr. Kristen Maul was wonderful. She was quiet incase our pet was startled by knocking or loud voices. She listened to our story and talked us all through the process as well as allowing us time to grieve and say our goodbyes before she passed and after. Only a few days later I received a card from her that was personalized along with some seeds to plant as a way to remember my dear Marzipan. It was a rough day but she made it all as smooth and calm as possible, i hope anyone who has to go through the pain of saying goodbye hires her for the process because it was wonderful to finally see a vet understand Marz was scared and needed a few minutes to adjust to people along with giving her ample time to get comfortable. I was so grateful to finally see a vet who cared about how Marz felt and what she needed and not just trying to get the job done and over with.
